Who we are
Gifting By Sneha is a corporate gifting business operating in India. In data-protection terms we are the data fiduciary(India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) and the data controller (UK/EU GDPR) for the information described here. Information you give us
Our contact and quote forms ask for your name, company, email, phone number and details of the gifting requirement. These forms do not submit to our website. Instead they open your own email application with the enquiry drafted, and nothing is sent until you press send — so this information reaches us as an ordinary email, and our website never stores it.
We use those details only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and fulfil an order if you place one. We do not sell them. We share them only with the colleagues and suppliers involved in producing and delivering your gifts.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, our host records technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Beyond that, nothing is measured unless you allow it on the cookie banner.
Cookies and similar technologies
Analytics and marketing cookies are switched off until you choose to allow them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Privacy preferences” link in the footer.

Who processes data for us
- Vercel— hosts and serves this website.
- Sanity— stores the articles published on our blog.
- Google(Tag Manager, Analytics) — measurement, only with your consent.
Some of these providers operate servers outside India. Where information is transferred abroad, it is done under the transfer safeguards those providers publish.
How long we keep things
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about a project, and for up to three years afterwards so we can honour repeat orders and meet accounting obligations. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the table above.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent you previously gave. Under the DPDP Act you may also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to info@giftingbysneha.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the UK or EU.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to what we measure will also reset the cookie banner, so you get to choose again.
